Buffet dinner with entrees:

- Herb Roasted Chicken - Whipped Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Rosemary-Lemon Jus

- Dijon Crusted Beef Tenderloin - Garlic-Thyme Whipped Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Cabernet Glace
